BDE has extensive experience of manufacturing specialist parts in stainless steel for the food, beverages, chemical and associated industries. As part of the fabrication service we offer we can manufacture bespoke stainless steel pulled manifolds. Using an in-house tee pulling machine allows ports to be pulled into the tube allowing for a hygienic finish to be obtained. • Manifolds can manufactured in house from hygienic tube to suit customer requirements within the following size range.
• Main OD tube size – 1″ to 8″ (25mm to 204mm)
• Branch OD size – 1/2″ to 6″ (12.7mm to 154mm)
• We can also manufacture complete manifold assemblies and headers to customer drawings.
